Coming from a software engineering background and building lots of CRM / web platforms for our clients, I know even on for scale it can be a nightmare going from a stable platform and then based on new users or new features, the platform starts to become shaky. I love the platform and use it daily – luckily there is no alternative or i’m sure it would be even more alarming for you. It may be due to a slow or lagging internet connection my end, but then Facebook and others seemingly as-complicated platforms loading completely fine? I’m guessing this is to do with your new functionality rolling out, but it has been over a month now with no improvement, it may have actually gotten worse. Your platform is running incredibly slow lately, and around 80% of the screens are rendering poorly or not at all (screenshots attached). I know you don’t answer emails or support updates too quickly (and have probably a ton on this subject lately), so I thought I’d write an open letter instead.
